Meet our Doctors

 

H. Frank Storey, OD


     Dr. Storey did his undergraduate studies at Oregon College of Education, and received his Optometric training at Pacific University. He is a member of the Oregon Optometric Association, American Optometric Association, the Contact Lens Section of the AOA, and is a Fellow of Optometrists in Vision Development.

     Dr. Storey has lectured throughout the United States on various eye care topics. He has been active in both the state and national Optometric associations and has served on several national Optometric committees.

     He is on staff at Santiam (Stayton) Hospital.

     Dr. Storey has been named Oregon Young Optometrist of the Year, Oregon Optometrist of the Year, and received the Oregon President's Award.
  

 

 

Robert E. Tibolt, MD


     Dr. Tibolt provides surgical/secondary medical care for our patients. He did his undergraduate studies at Dartmouth College, then received a Ph.D. in anatomy from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. He received his medical training from the University of Texas in San Antonio. Dr. Tibolt took an internship in internal medicine at Good Samaritan Hospital in Portland before completing his Ophthalmology residency at Casey Eye Institute, Oregon Health Sciences University.

     He is a member of the Oregon Medical Association, Oregon Academy of Ophthalmology, and American Academy of Ophthalmology.

     He is on staff at both Salem Hospital and Santiam Hospital. Our patients may choose which hospital is more convenient for their eye surgery.
